Tameka L. Payton, Ph.D.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dr Payton serves as our lead psychometrician and project manager for our projects. She holds the following degrees: BA in Psychology; MS in Mental Health Counseling; MS in Human Resource Development; and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychometrics. She has years over 17 experience supporting state-wide program evaluation and test development projects for state agencies, including the Maryland State Department of Education.

Quinetra J. Cromuel, MBA
Assistant Director - Projects and Outreach
Quinetra has with over 15 years of  experience in public relations and marketing communications. She holds a BA in Public Relations and a MBA with a concentration in Marketing.
Tonya Ross Taylor
Assistant Director - Research and Evaluation
Tonya has over 17 years of combined experience in the fields of counseling, education, human services, psychology, and psychometrics. She holds a BA in Psychology and a MA  in counseling psychology.
Breanne Martin
RISE Program Coordinator
Breanne is the Program Coordinator for the (RISE) Program, a self-employment initiative by the Maryland State Department of Education. She holds a BS in Psychology and is currently pursuing a MS in psychometrics.
